Highlighting new features in the product

Intercom is a dynamic company which releases new features in the product very frequently. Getting new features reviewed as soon as they are made available is great for both Intercom (because we can patch bugs quickly) and researchers (because new features are more likely to contain valid bugs).

With that in mind, we'd like share a specific URL with you: https://www.intercom.com/changes/en. When visiting this URL, you'll find there announcements of our newest features, and their brief description. The URL isn't new, but we have the impression that a lot of people might've been unaware of it's existence, and we wanted to spread the awareness.
