Atlassian scope increase

Hey Everyone,

Atlassian has added Jira Ops to the scope of their program and the functionality is eligible for Tier 1 rewards!

Researchers will be able have to add Jira Ops to their instance, which can be done via www.atlassian.com. It can be added to any existing bounty-test- instance.
