*REMINDER* Contacting Braze Support

Hey everyone and Happy Friday!

I just wanted to send a quick email and remind everyone that it is always out of scope to be doing anything that results in contacting the Braze Customer Support in any way. Anyone that does this will be banned from the program.

We are currently investigating someone for generating a large amount of support tickets into our internal system, causing alot of noise and issues internally.

If the person that had done this reaches out to me via security@braze.com or thomas.devoss@braze.com within the next 48 hours, I will not ban them from the program. If I have to continue my investigation with Bugcrowd to discover who was doing this, the person will receive a perm ban from this program and all future Braze programs.

Please remember that it is never ok to generate any traffic that results in the creation of support tickets. Especially when this is done using automated tools, as it has flooded our internal ticketing system with bogus support tickets.
