Improvements to our apps!

Greetings!

We have some great performance improvement and bug fixes to share this month for our client applications, as we continue to improve the products we provide. We’ve described these below. Also keep an eye out for some exciting announcements on new products or features in the coming months, we'll share them as soon as they're ready!

[RELEASE] ExpressVPN for Android 10.34.0
We trimmed the hedges and pruned the begonias, and now all is right again in your ExpressVPN garden. Here are some of the issues we addressed:

  • Fixed a bug that prevented users from browsing when switching to networks that block UDP traffic.
  • Fixed a crash when connecting to the VPN
  • Fixed a crash when trying to open settings on some Samsung devices
  • Fixed a potential crash when signing in to the app
  • Fixed a crash that randomly gets triggered when using the app
  • Updated diagnostics to indicate if client disconnect was due to server shutdown.

[RELEASE] ExpressVPN for Windows 12.22.0
Minor improvements have been rolled out to enhance your experience. Here are some of the changes:

  • Updated diagnostics to indicate if client disconnect was due to server shutdown.
  • Fixed missing help messages in the ExpressVPN app preferences for Linux
  • Windows v12 client will no longer attempt to reconnect to the last VPN server on disconnect.

[RELEASE] ExpressVPN for Windows 10.24.0
We’ve implemented a few minor tweaks in the app that are too small to notice, and made some performance improvements to ensure the app is faster than before.
