[RELEASE] ExpressVPN for Router 4.2.0

  • In this release, we added Lightway Passthrough which allows ExpressVPN apps on Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux devices to connect to ExpressVPN locally without being interrupted by any existing VPN connections from the router. This feature works automatically without needing any configuration.

[RELEASE] ExpressVPN for iOS 11.75.0

  • In this release we have implemented the following:
    • Improved VPN performance speeds on iOS 15 and later.
    • Fixed a bug that caused the app to crash when you signed out of your ExpressVPN account.
    • Fixed an issue on iPad where the app would crash if you rotated your iPad while the app sign-up screen was displayed.
    • Found and fixed a glitch on the “Network Protection” screen, improved and simplified the “Network Protection”
    • Improved the copy in the settings screen.
    • Published a new support article so you can learn more about Network Protection.
    • Added a screen that will appear occasionally to let you know about updates to this feature.
    • Squashed a bug that may have caused the “Contact Support” form to pop up unexpectedly after you tapped “Help.”
    • Implemented a few security improvements.
    • Updated Lightway-core to v1.8.4

[RELEASE] ExpressVPN for Android 10.69.0

  • We have made the following improvements:
    • Fixed a bug that may have caused the app to crash while you were browsing “VPN Locations.”
    • Resolved an issue where the app might’ve crashed while you were enabling app permissions the first time.
    • Fixed a bug that may have caused the app to crash if you tapped “Recent location.”
    • Implemented a few security improvements.
    • We resolved an issue where your app might’ve crashed while loading your favorite locations.
    • Fix a rare crash with shortcuts and during onboarding
    • Updated Lightway-core to v1.8.4
    • Fixes a crash that some users were experiencing with Keys.
    • Fix a crash when searching VPN Locations

[RELEASE] ExpressVPN for Mac OS 11.15.0

  • In this release, we:
    • Added translations for the “Middle East and Africa” in our list of location categories
    • Fixed the incorrect font in the app for macOS Ventura, much to our designers’ relief
    • Implemented a few security improvements.
    • Fix missing "Middle East and Africa" translations
    • We fixed some minor UI glitches on macOS Venture.
    • Updated Lightway-core to v1.8.4

[RELEASE] ExpressVPN for Linux 3.39.0

  • Fixed compatibility issues on Raspberry Pi
  • Fixed Linux CLI "expressvpn list all" command for the different India servers to be unique.
