ImageKit.io is a SaaS provider that provides real-time image & video optimization and manipulation API. Many websites and mobile applications use ImageKit to streamline the entire media workflow through real-time image & video transformation, automatic optimization, easy management, and super fast delivery using a global CDN.

Reward Guidelines

We base all payouts on impact and will reward accordingly. Please emphasize the impact as part of your submission.

We are particularly interested and will consider extraordinary submissions for:

• Major exposures around customer data leak.

• Issues that result in a full compromise of a system (e.g, RCE, obtaining a shell back from our network).

• Business logic bypasses, resulting in a significant impact.

• Major operational failure.

Ratings/Rewards:

For the initial prioritization/rating of findings, this program will use the Bugcrowd Vulnerability Rating Taxonomy. However, it is important to note that in some cases, a vulnerability priority will be modified due to its likelihood or impact. In any instance where an issue is downgraded, a full, detailed explanation will be provided to the researcher - along with the opportunity to appeal and make a case for a higher priority.
