Reward increases for P3 & P4 vulnerabilities

Intercom has increased its rewards as of May 05, 2022!

After careful considerations, and reviewing feedback from researchers participating in our program, we've decided to bump rewards for lower-tier vulnerabilities.

We feel this change will result in rewards which are more fair.
