Incident and Breach Response

OneTrust Incident Management helps centrally manage incidents, automate tasks, and keep records for compliance and notification, helping comply with global laws. The tool is powered by the Databreachpedia™ Global Law Engine, an innovative solution that integrates breach notification laws directly into the OneTrust platform.

New Features

As of our most recent release (6.31), the following are new features available for you to test:

• Edit Custom Attribute Options

  • Edit single select and multi select custom attribute options using the Options tab on the Attribute Details screen. This enhancement allows users to update attribute options to ensure the most recent information is visible on the incident record.

• Archive Assessments

  • Archive assessments on the Assessments tab of the Incident Details screen. This feature allows users to manage and organize their assessments and distinguish between all active and archived assessments.
