Modification of SEEK Pass (formerly Certsy) Scope

Certsy has now been rebranded to SEEK Pass!

The *.certsy.com and *certsynonprod.com targets will still remain in scope, however they will now redirect to the new targets located at *.seekpass.co and *.seekpass-staging.com as of July 18th, 2024.
