VRT Amendment

Hi bug hunters!

We’ve made an amendment to our rewards program. Moving forward we are changing the priority level for subdomain takeovers. High-impact subdomain takeover will be rated at a P3 and basic subdomain takeovers will be classified as a P4. I’ve updated the bounty brief to reflect this change.
